The present stipulations regulate the contracting of services offered and the advertising directed to its clients/users by H Skyline operating on the Internet from its website (www.hotelskyline.es) selling to its customers cottage rental services, school camps, nature classroom workshops, exchange services, etc. These Terms and Conditions of Sale also regulate the rights and obligations of the parties arising from the sale and purchase transactions concluded between them.

The following clauses constitute the framework contract that all users accessing the site will be bound by www.hotelskyline.es are obliged to know and accept. For the sole purpose of these general terms and conditions, the term "user" includes any internet user accessing the website. www.hotelskyline.eseither directly or from any Internet site.

The services offered by H Skyline on this website will be governed by the conditions contained in this contract. H Skyline reserves the right to modify, in whole or in part, these general conditions, with the new ones being applicable from the time of their publication on the page. In any case, the aforementioned modifications will not have retroactive effects on the services previously contracted by users.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are binding on both parties and form an integral and inseparable part of the contract of sale whose effectiveness operates at the time of the subscription of the order at the request of the customer, through the contracting mechanisms that will be specified later, all in accordance with the provisions of art.1.225 of the Civil Code that reflects the principle of the autonomy of the will and agreements between the contracting parties. For all purposes it is understood that the user accepts the conditions and rules of use listed here.

In order to fully guarantee the rights of consumers and users of H Skyline, these Terms and Conditions of Sale are established in accordance with the provisions of Spanish law, and in particular Law 7/98 of 13 April on General Terms and Conditions of Contract, Law 7/96 of 15 January on the Regulation of Retail Trade, Civil Code, Directive 2000/31 EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June, Law 34/2002 of 11 July on information society services and electronic commerce, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the defense of Consumers and Users and other applicable laws and their implementing regulations.

CLARITY AND TRANSPARENCY OF INFORMATION

H Skyline, in compliance with the provisions of art. 10 of Law 34/2002 of July 11, 2002, through its website and these General Conditions, provides permanent, easy, direct and free access by electronic means to the information comprising its business name (tax data, address and communications address), as well as customer data, exclusively accessible to it, which are in the possession of the company.

Likewise, in accordance with the aforementioned Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, it offers the customer both pre-contractual information (see these Terms and Conditions of Sale as well as additional information in the different sections of the website) and confirmation of the legally required information.

The user of the H Skyline website shall be entitled to free and unrestricted access to the public information contained therein, although H Skyline reserves the right to restrict access to information, promotions and special offers to its registered customers.

USER REGISTRATION

The customer/user prior to the formalization of the purchase of any of the services offered by H Skyline must register their personal data and circumstances necessary for the formalization of the contract of sale (name and surname or company name, ID / NIF, address, email address, phone number, etc.).

The user may only contract and place orders if he/she is of legal age. Otherwise, the responsibility for placing orders by minors shall be borne by the parents or legal guardians of the minor.

In order to place orders on the website, each customer will provide H Skyline voluntarily and under its responsibility their personal data. Any personal data provided by customers in a fraudulent or false manner may be considered as a crime of forgery of commercial documents.

H Skyline may offer the customer a personal registration system through a personalized login and password to facilitate the customer's future purchase transactions. In this case, the customer may designate the desired login and password at his or her discretion, provided that they are available or not already assigned to other customers. In an automatic process, H Skyline will, at the Customer's request, generate the password and access key for the Customer. CONDITIONS OF SALE AND DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT

Pricing Policy: H Skyline reserves the right at any time and unilaterally to modify the price of the services offered through its website. To guarantee the customer the certainty and security of the price of their products, this will be the current price in the advertising coinciding with the time of placing the order.

In the purchase process, the client will request a Rental Reservation Request from the web page through the "RESERVATIONS" option or by telephone, indicating the dates of arrival and departure of the rental service, the number of people and will provide his/her contact information and e-mail address.

Once the availability of the service has been confirmed, the customer will receive a confirmation by mail or telephone:

• Information about the requested service: includes the description of the service contracted and the start and end dates of the service.
• Information on the price of the service: information on the final price or retail price of the service to be purchased, containing the final cost for the customer and including the corresponding VAT. The final cost, therefore, will be communicated to the customer in the purchase process before the customer formalizes his acceptance.
• If the customer accepts the offer, H Skyline will send the customer an electronic link indicating the price and conditions of the service and from which the customer can proceed to make the payment of the contracted service by choosing the option "...".Place an orderof the section "Finalize Purchase". Once the payment has been made, the client will receive the confirmation of the order with the contracted conditions in his e-mail. At the moment of formalization of the order, once the option of the menu of "Place an Order"The customer's consent to the validity and effectiveness of the contract of sale that binds the parties is understood to have been given. H Skyline will electronically store the order.
• The possible discounts or promotional gifts will be freely directed by H Skyline to the groups designated at any time by H Skyline, or depending on the service offered, according to the existing advertising at any time on its website.
